Refund Policy

General Principle

Manavahana Mitra provides a digitally delivered, activation-based service.

Upon successful payment, the service is considered initiated and provisioned.

No Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is successfully completed, cancellation of the order is not permitted under any circumstances.

Users are advised to review all details carefully before making a payment.

No Refund Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details provided by the user
  • Non-usage of the service

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction with amount debited but service not created
  • Verified technical error from the Company’s system

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Service Delivery

The service is deemed delivered immediately upon:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Activation or generation of the QR-based service

Once delivered, the service cannot be cancelled or refunded.

User Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment, the user confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood all policies
  • Agree to the no-refund and no-cancellation terms

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Andhra Pradesh.
